Week9:Video element modification and cleaning

This week we’ve learned how to use Defocus Nodes and Shuffle, and RotoPaint’s various tools. Use a variety of ways to remove and modify scene objects in your video.

Because the removed part of the paper on the wall overlaps with other papers, there will be obvious gap after removal, so I use Rotopaint to fill in the gap drawing.

Week 8: Planar tracking

This week we learned the details of plane tracking, including how to use palette and roto to make the replacement of plane tracking more realistic. In the video of the Balloon Festival, I used color correction and keyer to assist the special effects of rain and snow, making it have some fantastic colors.

Week7:Phone Tracking

I learned moving point tracking this week. I combined Crop node and CornerPin to change the shape of mask to match the green screen of mobile phone screen. The final output result is not very satisfactory. I guess it can be solved by changing the green screen background into black to solve the discomfort caused by incomplete overlap. And it requires extra attention to the timing of the finger slide to match the mask image animation.

Week 1:10 photos of Time

This was the first week of Nuke’s course, where we learned about photography and the importance of color, exposure and lenses, perspective and distortion. File format, frame rate. Video management and so on.

10 photos of Time assignments

I don’t have a specific concept of time, but I like to take picture for the clouds and the sun, which may be another way to witness time.
